Welcome to Partner Equipment Sales. By purchasing equipment, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.


1. Products & Services

Partner Equipment Sales provides:

  • New and used equipment sales
  • Specialty machinery and tools
  • Attachments, parts, and accessories

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.


2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are non-binding and valid for [7–30 days] unless otherwise stated.
  • Pricing is subject to change due to:
    • Market conditions
    • Manufacturer price adjustments
    • Availability
  • Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are not confirmed until accepted by Partner Equipment Sales.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required prior to processing an order.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

4. Taxes

  • Sales tax will be applied where required by law unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided prior to purchase.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • Manufacturer lead times
    • Shipping carriers
    • Inventory availability
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • Additional fees may apply for special delivery requirements.

6. Inspection & Acceptance

  • Customers must inspect equipment upon delivery or pickup.
  • Any damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported within 24–48 hours.
  • Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the product.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Approved returns may be subject to:
    • Restocking fees
    • Return shipping costs
  • Custom orders, special orders, and used equipment are typically non-refundable.

8. Warranties

  • New equipment may include a manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
  • Used equipment is sold “as-is”, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Partner Equipment Sales does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated.

9. Product Use & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Proper use and operation of equipment
    • Following all safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions
  • Partner Equipment Sales is not responsible for misuse, improper installation, or failure to maintain equipment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Partner Equipment Sales shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, or project delays
  • Damages arising from improper use of equipment

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the equipment.


11. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled prior to shipment or processing, subject to approval.
  • Cancellations may incur fees, especially for:
    • Special orders
    • Equipment already in transit
  • Deposits on certain equipment may be non-refundable.

12. Ownership & Title

  • Ownership of equipment transfers to the customer only after full payment is received.
  • Until payment is complete, Partner Equipment Sales retains the right to reclaim the equipment if necessary.

13. Website Use

  • All website content is for informational purposes only.
  • Logos, images, and materials are the property of Partner Equipment Sales and may not be used without permission.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.


15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
